Founder - Pilar Castro Kiltz
Pilar has an MFA in dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and an undergraduate degree in music, with a minor in theater and dance, from Princeton University. In 2011, Pilar founded Ensemble Dance, a dance theater company that, since its inception, has been creating, performing and producing brand new pieces of dance and theater in New York City. In 2013 she founded the Princeton Arts Alumni, an organization dedicated to building a robust network of resources and connections for alumni who are involved in the arts. Pilar is an associate member of SDC, the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and is a committee member for the The Park Avenue Armory's young patron group, The Avant Garde. Through her work founding and building More Canvas, Ensemble Dance, and Princeton Arts Alumni, Pilar has developed expertise in the growth and management of an effective arts business and artist's brand. Associate Consultant - Erika Boudreau-Barbee
Erika graduated with a BFA in dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. In NYC she dances for Ensemble Dance (rehearsal director) and Third Rail Projects, currently performing in the Bessie winning production "Then She Fell" and performed in their previous large immersive theater work "The Grand Paradise". Erika has been awarded residency opportunities including Takt Kunsprojektraum Artist Residency and Gallery (grant awardee) in Berlin and La Fragua Artist Residency in Spain among others. Her work has been seen in festivals and exhibitions across Europe and New York City. Associate Consultant - Sam Gravitte
Sam graduated from Princeton with a B.A. in Anthropology and certificates in Theatre and Music Theatre. Currently a New York City based actor and singer, he was part of the team at Princeton that mounted the first ever university production of Once the musical, engaging with actor-musician techniques he learned directly from director John Doyle. The son of actors Debbie and Beau Gravitte, Sam has been seen in numerous musicals and sung on professional stages including with Marvin Hamlisch and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
