Founder - Pilar Castro Kiltz  

Pilar has an MFA in dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and an undergraduate degree in music, with a minor in theater and dance, from Princeton University. In 2011, Pilar founded Ensemble Dance, a dance theater company that, since its inception, has been creating, performing and producing brand new pieces of dance and theater in New York City. In 2013 she founded the Princeton Arts Alumni, an organization dedicated to building a robust network of resources and connections for alumni who are involved in the arts. Pilar is an associate member of SDC, the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and is a committee member for the The Park Avenue Armory's young patron group, The Avant Garde. Through her work founding and building More Canvas, Ensemble Dance, and Princeton Arts Alumni, Pilar has developed expertise in the growth and management of an effective arts business and artist's brand.


Erika Boudreau-Barbee   -  Associate Consultant

Erika graduated with a BFA in dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She has been seen performing in the theater, commercial, and downtown dance worlds, but her true passion lives in creating.  In addition to being a freelance dancer, she focuses her personal artistic development through experimentation with diverse mediums and how to remove the division between them. In 2015, Erika became fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas. Erika has been awarded several grants and residency opportunities around the world, including the Takt Kunsprojektraum Artist Residency and Gallery in Berlin, and the La Fragua Artist Residency in Spain. Her work has been seen in festivals and exhibitions across Europe and she is currently performing in Third Rail Project's The Grand Paradise. Erika has been a certified Reiki practitioner since 2013 using the Usui traditional technique and achieved her Master Certificate in January 2015. 

With her success in residency and festival application proposals and showings, Erika is committed to making artistic opportunities accessible for artists in any career stage.
