We integrated Bloomerang's payment processing directly into the site, enabling seamless online transactions and eliminating the manual data entry that had been creating errors and delays. Donor data going back to 2018 was consolidated into a single CRM, mapped, and organized for the first time.
Donor Level Development: We designed a tiered donor recognition framework rooted in the organization's cultural values and mission — giving donors a meaningful way to connect their giving to the work they were supporting.
Strategic Fundraising Campaign: We developed and executed a time-limited individual giving campaign with a specific, ambitious revenue goal, presenting it strategically to the board in a way that activated their participation. Complementary print materials with QR codes allowed in-person and digital donations to flow through the same system simultaneously.
Media Partnership: We secured tens of thousands of dollars in free advertising through a major regional media outlet — visibility that directly contributed to a sold-out run of the organization's signature annual event.
Communications Infrastructure: We established a donor newsletter cadence, built communication protocols, and created the content templates needed to maintain consistent, relationship-building communication with donors going forward.
The Results: A Development Department Built for the Long Term
The organization surpassed its individual giving goals for 2024 — not just because of the campaign, but because the infrastructure underneath it finally matched the ambition driving it.
Corporate sponsorship engagement increased.
